Order Confirmation & Processing
Once you place your order, youβll receive a confirmation email right away.
After your order is processed (usually within 1β3 business days), youβll receive another email containing your tracking number, so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
Orders are shipped using the fastest and most efficient delivery service available. For final delivery, your package may be handled by your local post office or courier.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1β3 business days (MondayβFriday, excluding holidays).
Once shipped, youβll receive tracking details via email.

Weβre happy to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders β because great style should come with great convenience.

Track Your Order
You can track your order anytime using the tracking number provided via email.
Tracking updates may take a little time to appear β thank you for your patience while your order is in transit.
Order Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.
If your order hasnβt shipped yet, weβll issue a full refund.
If your order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible β but you can return it after delivery (see our Returns & Refunds Policy).
Where Do We Ship From?
We work with trusted warehouses and logistics partners to ensure fast and efficient delivery.
Your order will ship from the nearest available warehouse, based on stock and location, to ensure the quickest delivery possible.
Multiple Packages
Sometimes, your order may arrive in multiple packages if items are shipped from different warehouses.
Donβt worry β if one item arrives first, the others will follow shortly.
If youβre missing an item after the estimated delivery window, please contact us for assistance β weβll make sure you receive your product or a replacement.
Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
At Haielin, we always aim for transparency and customer satisfaction.
If your order is delayed, please reach out to us before filing a chargeback with your bank.
Opening a chargeback can delay resolution for weeks while your case is under review.
Instead, if your order is significantly delayed, weβll offer a refund or suitable alternative solution directly and promptly.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Orders
Once an order is marked as Delivered by the courier, Haielin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows βDeliveredβ but you havenβt received your item:
Check with neighbors or household members.
Contact your local post office or courier, as they may be holding your package.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders confirmed as delivered. For further assistance, please reach out directly to the courier.
