Change of Mind & Exchanges


If you’ve had a change of heart or would like to exchange your product, you can request a return within 30 days.

We operate under a Green Return Policy, which means in some cases, you may not need to ship the item back.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive store credit in the form of a gift card β€” which you can use for any future purchase.

Prefer an exchange? Simply use your gift card to select your new favorite item from our store.

Refunds (Faulty or Damaged Products Only)

Refunds are only issued for faulty or damaged products β€” this applies to the product itself, not to minor wear or packaging dents.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately.

Once confirmed, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

Please do not file a chargeback for delayed orders.

When a chargeback is opened:
The process can take weeks or even months to complete.

Your case becomes frozen β€” meaning we can’t issue any refund until your bank finishes its review.
It goes through multiple steps involving your bank and payment provider.
Instead, please contact us first.

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, we’ll guarantee a refund or a replacement solution.

Lost or Stolen Orders

If your order has been confirmed as delivered by the courier, Haielin is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements once an order is marked as delivered.

Processing Time for Returns & Refunds

Refunds for faulty items are sent directly to your original payment method.
